Computer Trouble...
« on: June 01, 2016, 01:08:53 AM »
The pc i have now has gotten me by for a while which is a xeon server modified to take a video card but not designed to. It has hit its final moments earlier this week right on a 4 day vacation of to leave me bored... The problem i have is the non stop blue screening vga drivers and i doubt its repairable since it started doing it randomly. I am going to keep fiddling with it, But i am ordering the rest of my new pc tomorrow morning THANK GOD!!!!.

asus premium x99 motherboard
10 core/20 thread xeon chip engineering sample which comes unlocked...
10 cores at 4.3 ghz oorah....
gtx 970
64gb 2133mhs quad channel ram

new monitor can wait cause sweet jesus this is getting expensive...
Pictures will be posted.

I used a retired XEON server for a while but couldn't see any benefit to play BF2 so I sold it and went back to my old core2.

I'm using it for rendering, also e5 xeon chips are selling from anywhere to 30$ to 300$ and up. although there is someone not far away selling an x97 board for 70$.

Okay change of plans, i bought the z97 board and a g3258...
im just gonna build two pcs i was thinking about it anyway.
