after its installed make sure you run the updater as that gives you all the dlc content. you will also have lvl 6 on all the kits.

But the auto updater upgrades to v1059 while the server is v1058. This forces me to download maps I already have. I wouldn't mind that but the download speed is so slow that when the map changes it interrupts my download and so I cannot connect to the server at all.

Any way around this?

It goes fine for me, I did not try downloading it though if thats what you are referring too, anyways if you have the auto updater you only have to wait until tony updates the server ( Or so i think)

I got mine from steam. but apparently I can't join our server because the connection is so slow if I go through Steam? at least that's what I understood DR's post to be.... he posted instructions to move the game folder out of the steam folder, then download a file to bypass steam and launch the game. so i did that, and now the game doesn't work at all.

Do you mean you can't get to the site or do you want to say that you downloaded from that link but then the game doesn't work? Cause the link works for me as in I can go there and download the game.
