hello croarmy this is section wrong, but for answer you, not ever is hack  much depends your ping and his ping, and if is good players or no. Example if him have ping 30 and you 100 is easy kill you with 1 or 2 shot, and you for kill him necessary even 10  shot if dont shot head. Important instead if see what enemy kill all with head shot, probable use AIMBOT, Understand???

Hi croarmy thanks for report but like max said it depends on ping and what weapon and where you shoot I see you in game a lot feel free too write too me in game if you suspect someone or if someone bereak  rules it would be easier if you can join us on vent
