NRNS does not allow swearing on our BF2 servers. Players who swear are automatically banned by the auto-admin. Players with swear words in their name are asked to change their name. If you would like to present reasons to change that rule you can send a well-written private message to our founders, council, or BF2 council. However, publicly complaining about a rule after you've broken it is bad form. You should be sure to read and follow all rules before (or as soon as possible after) you enter a community.

Personally I do not believe the rule exists to 'protect the kids'. Cursing, swearing, profanity (profane), and vulgarity (vulgar) are rooted in being rude and upset. Here at NRNS we try to promote a polite and pleasant atmosphere. If you can't find a way to say what you want to say without swearing maybe it's best if you kept it to yourself.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I am very open to suggestion. If you see an error or room for improvement or just have a comment or query please get in touch with me via forum PM, email, or Discord.

The problem is that people are not taught to be respectful and kind to one and other any more by their parents.  :-[

When you remove the ability to discipline, then you get disrespectful people! ( A good spanking goes a long way when you want teach respect. )
