MW2 Help Needed

This keeps popping up at times when i plau .. When i started playing the game the first few hours were okay then thyis started happening .. I've tried everything i know of ... Updating my directX .. installing the required 9 for the game .. and a bunch of other things i looked up .. Seems to not work .. Can anyone help me solve this?  >:(

Did you try to run the game from the installation folder and not from any desktop shortcut?

Yup .. Ran from game folder

I don't suppose the readme has anything to say about this specific error? :|

Maybe you've already tried but this post indicates a specific order for installing directX/visualC redist: https://steamcommunity.com/app/10190/discussions/0/828933455950584295/#c2741975115082690412

I tried what was specified and still it has not seemed to have solved the issue
