so i got my self a working Psu this time and if anything went wrong i'll change the mother board !
now another problem appeared ! My computer turned into windows Classic !
when i tried to change themes every theme looks grey unclickable !
i ran troubleshooting and it found two problems ! :
1-theme services isn't running --Not Fixed
2-Desktop windows manager is disabled --Detected
and i also tried to go into services-themes and changed my theme(it was already automatic) and it didn't work !
da hell is waiting for me this in 2017 !
Check gpu drivers. also see if you can start those services,
well i don't have the newest driver and no i can't start/restart those services !
i'm thinking that my AntiVirus is causing all this ! because i did a full scan and i found a couple of viruses into my system and it was required to restart my pc to completely eliminate the threats ,once my Computer restarted it self the next thing i know my theme has changed from Aero to Classic !
