the best thing is order a new disk or bought ..here it is search @ ORIGIN..FOR order..you have big problem regarding the issue of your cd key..
I have also had bunch of problems with this game. The one method that worked for me, is downloading battlelog, i had a bf2 v1.5 version installed from a torrent made by some romanian pirate named aviara. It worked for a while and then I could not log in, I would press log in and I would wait for days... So when i launched battlelog, it gave me an option to install some patches, but i chose to reinstall the game completely. It did some bf2 revive thing, then I tried to log in with battlelog launcher and same thing happens again. Then i downloaded bf2hub, installed it, made sure when i open bf2hub everything is green-working fine, you need to choose the bf2 directory and some other things. Then i made a shortcut of a regular bf2.exe from the installation folder. I run it and log in finally works like charm. So try reinstalling with bf2 revive, then do not uninstall battlelog, just add that bf2hub thing and run via regular bf2.exe.Also it could be a problem because the game is so old. You may have to set the processor affinity to only one core via task manager if your processor is multi core. It could also be some system issue, try installing windows 10, i thought it drinks but my PC actually boots way faster than with win 7.

I am giving a break for a while and not willing to play the game anymore. Perhaps after a while when I change the graphic card I'll try to play the game. Last time my vga card shut down with a blue screen and i guess there is something wrong with it (either its ram or its heat)

Use driver cleaner to scrub the vga drivers. The install an older version of your video drivers. You will probably be able to play bf2. Also bf2 doesnt work well with a lot of onboard video... never has.
