extract and use the last rar folder :) (it should be without numbers. Example: use cod.rar not cod21.rar)

there is an easy way just extract one of those winrar files into a empety folder than burn the image and enter it install it when it say enter the second disk press the second winrar file or,,,,,,,, it will be installed directly. with no message at all.

If you guys receives error of images  like

  could not load image shadow .if this image name starts with preview_mp_your iw_22.iwd/iw_23.iwd might be bad or something similar then try to re-download iwd_22 and 23 from here
