Banlisted!HELP!

Hello NRNS community,
Its my first day on zlo bf3 ,I enjoyed my game playing your nrns eu server ,after that i closed my game.
Now,When i try to rejoin the server it gives the error that you are banlisted While karkand gives an error of something like BLAZE ERROR 1 1 1.
It would be great if u guys help me ,

Hey killer, we will look into your banlisted issue and sort your way to servers!

and if you get that blaze error keep connecting, after 2 or 3 times you will be able to get in and if it still comes up replace this file in your root folder of bf3, here

Just registered to write about the same issue.
I was playing on a Metro server, until one of these "Stat resets" came and i decided to try the NRNS EU server to see if everything was okay there.
But the same error of the user above showed up, since i don't know if this fits in the Unban Requests, i write here about the error.
I hope you guys can tell me something about it, and sorry for my English.
