New Dalian Plant map

I understand some changes were applied to the map but I feel they are not working 100%. I was on the chinese team and got killed. I respawned over the carrier, I think it was intentded because we had caught the middle flag close to the carrier but I couldn't enter any plane or heli. Swimming to the beach isn't an option at my age.

I think the setup is that u cant use enemys vehicles. Still i love that map. With 60 players it gona be awesome

I made it so that enemies can no longer steal vehicles from carrier / airfield. Makes rule breaking more difficult.
I need to fix some spawn points when you capture Reactors / Main Entrance.

I liked to play that dalian. Really nicely done
