Was that fixed in the patches? I'm fairly certain it was possible to get weapon (as well as vehicle and stationary weapon) kill badges via artillery in 1.0. How he did > 32 in 3 seconds with respawn I don't know but maybe respawn was low one day or server/stats lagged or something. It's an interesting situation but I don't think it's damning.

It's impossible to get knife, pistol and explosives badges with being commander and using artillery.
