So we have a paragraph about NRNS.  I was thinking, below that there will be link as "Application to Join NRNS". You know it will be kinda easy to say. Visit our forums for recruitment.
Which will redirect to application section.

Plus If its possible a web Form like we have for unban request will be better than manually editing some contents.
