Shaking - Turbulence ?

I have very bad shaking when flying with chopper or jet. Especially when im facing towards the ground,going for ground attack.
Some people are saying it's normal turbulence,but other friends who are also flying are saying that they dont have the same shaking.
Most logical is,cannot be turbulence as it is very strong one.

How can i fix this ?

not sure but when I play and are going fast I get the shaking so unsure as I allways thought it was apart of the game

same here whenever i was pilot or co-pilot feels shaking
