And To Shark that teams are unbalance now that there is 18 High rank who play MEc and only 3 who play USMC.......Well i love to play against those 18 high rank, it is more challenging and mayby it learn me to play better :)
man to 18 high rank 10 was nrns members only one kill have played on USMC, and no is one case I think have used tools for move friends, and round is last 2 or 3 minutes, is impossible team work or any type game if have this type imbalance. But I have play 12 round (all loser) without problems for me not important statistics, important is fun. But I think what not is good for other players if game become boring.

2 players can change a game, yes, but only if they have a squad that knows what teamwork actually means.

Truth being told, i feel the server right now motivates no teamwork at all, except for a strict group of players who know that reviving works very well, speciffically, when they revive someone because they know they can count on that person for teamwork.
Theres no substantial difference in point reward between flag capture and getting a tent.
Many times a teammate is down, and yet medics pass him by and dont revive.
How many times do i see people trading kits just to revive the mate, for the sake of teamwork? Almost no one.

This gonna make me go again at the same subject, snipers/campers, they all do that because the sniper kit is unbalanced, and due to this point reward system, the server actually is in favour of a stagnant gameplay style.

Im a league of legends player, and in there balance works very well.

Lets say you have 3 sniper weapons, lets call each weapon a champion name (these are marksmans, which are the damage dealers).
L96 - Ezreal
M24 - Tristana
M95 - Urgot

So,
Ezreal wins 9 out of 10 games.
Tristana wins 7 out of 10 games.
Urgot wins 1 out of 10 games.

When i say wins, im trying to show that L96 is picked 99% of the time. (This includes myself)

Are they balanced? Of course not.
Neither are snipers. If snipers were totally identical in specs, bullet speed/drop, bolt action speed, crosshairs, noise; then i wouldnt touch the subject.
Since they arent, thats why im bringing this up.

Also make the servers have a 30 second waiting time (commander aplication).

Its ridiculous on small maps, to be on one team in which half of the players are still on the loading screen.

Also some suggestions !
1. what about changes in rotation, me and some others asked if you could put jalalabad 16 into the rotation, its been like 2 weeks since you said youd think about it, have you decided or rejected it huh ?
2. Like I suggested previously drop great wall and kubra dam, unpopular maps, people dont seem to like em
Instead put Jalalab 16 in and strike at karkand 64
3. What about randomizing teams after each round, battlelog servers does that, Its not fun to play on one side all the time, or make two rounds per map, could be even better
