i downloaded fraps and a do not have problems it is eazy to use

 i caught one man diveing should i post it?

only thing that is bad is that there are numbers in corner in video

and how much fps you use because with 30 is too big 30 sec of video takes 300 MB and it is 800x600
it eat my memory and my upload drinks

You can use more fps but after recording you need to shrink this file with some program i.e:
-windows movie maker
-virtual dub
-sony vegas

I suggest trying many programs so You can find the one that suit You most
I record videos with Fraps, file 3.9GB is about 4minutes long, later i process it with Virtual Dub and afterwards i mix it with WMM or Camtasia Studio 8. I dont use any fancy programs or editors but still videos i get satisfies me
example:
  WMM 1080p quality
Virtual Dub 720p quality
Camtasia 720p quality

I  just take my fraps movie and upload it right to You Tube account and when it is  done I publish it.

Then I take the movie copy the link and post it at the site on a post.

You can post it as a new post  or add it to a old post and that is it,done.
