Unban Request for Battlefield 3

My public ip when i was playing: 82.208.210.116
My hashkey (only for the BF2 requests):
The game i played: Battlefield 3
The server i played on: BF3:NRNS-Games.com EU 1
The date i was banned: 12.8.2014
Reason i was banned/kicked: Other

Comment on this matter: I don't know if i'm banned, i didn't receive any message (to be honest maybe i didn't notice, but i think i didn't get the message). I was playing on your server for about 2 mounts and than suddenly one day i couldn't connect to the server. Please help, i don't now the reason why i can't connect anymore. I didn't properly fill the fields for date when was it happened, because i don't remember.,

please post the message you get  because your no showing on any ban list on bf3

Only message i got is: "[Alert] ERR_DISCONNECT_BLAZE 1 1 -1 ", but i tried to connect from different IP address and it work just fine. So i know now that i'm not banned/kicked, but when i try to connect from this IP address it just won't work for the NRNS servers, all other servers work properly. What could be the problem?

Alert] ERR_DISCONNECT_BLAZE 1 1 -1   Is somethink to do with zlo  I have that today and closed all my game and launcher and reoped and that fixed mine 

there's nothink showing on any list of your account in are ban list

Is it just today you've been trying?I ask because today the ZLO master server has been buggy as hell and causing no end of problems for users & servers

No, not just today. I have been trying to connect many times for about 2 months, and it's always the same problem for NRNS servers, all other servers work fine. But i tried from different IP address (my friend's computer, who also play bf3) with my account,  and successfully connect to NRNS servers with no problems.
