Mw3 Server Broken

Mw3 D/HH Server is Playing Bootleg and no one can join, Please help do I can join, Sorry ive been busy with Funeral last week and work this weekend. Need to populate Our Mw3 Server asap, Thank you in advance

it was online this week, but today is it down all day as far as i know.
