6 Months ago , orange ( trench Télécom ) cut the wrong ligne  ( mine ,my ligne ) , back After 36 days
,Again today , cut my ligne for  a Little transformation and now the same noobs  tell me : need 40 days before one more lol ,  the truck Is down bcz 1 guy  put nails on the road   
Very  good job french télécom

If it works well after it's installed you can't complain that much. My phone company GVT was bought by VIVO and now my bill is gone from R$ 90 to R$ 170 and I loose connection at the very least 10 times a day.

Change operator.
You do not have alternative ?
In my country are on the market four telephone operators and if I can terminate the contract after 3 months and I can move with the same number to another operator (only condition not be purchased a product from them)

Before it changed ownership It used to be the best. The other options are more expensive and none of them can offer me the same bandwidth and unlimited traffic at my location.  I'm 90% sure it's a hardware that if failing somewhere and I hope it will fully stop working soon so they have to replace it.
