Banned from your Bf2 server?

Hi guys, im returning to bf2 after finding battlelog.co. I found your server but on attempting to join it seems im banned. Just wondered if someone could unban me? there seems to be a lack of Infantry only servers that are frequently populated and im sure the ban is a mistake since ive never played on the server .. I tried to connect via IP and i am getting the failed to connect message (like its the wrong infomation) i tried both of your bf2 servers . if i click on the server so the ip information is at the bottom and try connecting manually i still get the banned dialogue box 

would a bf2 reinstall work? different key??
