I would love to know what the reasons of this ban ?

Hello, again excuse me for my poor English. I do want to indicate to you for my defence  I've never use any Cheat,  I have always respected all other players and rules for more than one year. I am asking you to reconsider my bann. I do not know how proved my innocence. Thank you in advance for your answer.
