NRNS BF2 Rank went from 1st LT to Private why?

 My NRNS BF2 Rank went from 1st LT to Private  why?  Can this be corrected?     How can I contact a NRNS ADMIN for assistance?   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

if that is on the Mixed Maps server, the same for me and most all players are the same.

your nrns stats are safe. you have not lost them. the nrns mixed server is on a different server box to the others which is why its still running when the others are not.

Restart the client.
