Call Of Duty Black Ops (PC - Graphics Run Prpblem)

I have a major problem with this game...Its lagging as hell right from the very start and i mean major lag...As you see above its my PC Specs...I think it should be very capable of running this game smoothly or am I wrong?  Can anyone help me with this please...I'v wanted to play Black Ops for a while now...And as this game is lagging very very bad i can't even begin the game.......Anyone playing this game, I'd appreciate some help please, Thanks in Advance.

First what is your graphic card??? I also got a massive lags but my PC is calculator. You can check your GPU typing in search "dxdiag" then choise Display tab and see a name. Then go to "game debate" site.  I just now see on forums about how is bad optimazed game . Don't forgot to post your GPU name ok.

well damn...this drinks...I have a download speed of 100+ kbps ....this game took me hours upon hours to download...Now its been a total waste of time...

Sigh ...well no Black Ops for me then..... But thanks for the help 90...I really appreciate it.
