squad issues

hello comrads
i have this issue with bf2 : i always need to spawn (be alive) to creat or join or change squads.
when i am dead everything is locked i cant join squad

---i dont know if you guys see what i mean  ----

you know how annoying it must be especially when you need to spawn in someone in a good spot or taking a flag 
i asked about this in teamspeak last time but noone could help
in help in this matter i will be greatfull

Is not only you who have that issue,I think all of us have it mate ; you cant accept invitations and you cant join squads while you are death ,you need to be alive to do that . (if im not wrong you can only leave squad while you are death)

As far as i remember this "issue" is like server it was since im member

It's not an issue, it's a feature to stop people from hopping squads for spawn points.
