Teamspeak - volume control tutorial

Some people were saying that they would like to lower game sound when someone on Teamspeak is talking. I found a little solution for this problem. It's a Teamspeak plugin that will lower any non-Teamspeak sounds, when someone is talking!

Click links below to download and install this.
Then open Teamspeak and go to Settings -> Plugins.
Make sure that checkbox is checked by Volume Control by Goreki.
