Please help! Windows 10 installation fail on SSD

Hello friends
As I built a PC for my gf i wanted to install windows 10 on this new computer. First I used a HDD, put the files from the windows 10 iso on it and the installation worked fine.
For better performance I decided to add a ssd where i wanted to install the windows. I did  exactly the same things but somehow it doesnt work. After the installation finished, the computer restarts and nothing happens. Same when i install windows with a uefi boot stick.

I have an asus mainboard with uefi bios. I can sefinitively say tjat it has nothing to do with the boot order.
My thoughts are that it has something to do with the ssd itself or with registry entries because of the key i used.

Any Ideas?

i got few questions , first did you install first windows 10 on HDD and wanted to use ssd to install the system on it or are you replacing the hole HDD to SDD ??
2nd Question what kind of brand of ssd

I want to make a clean install on the ssd, i dont care for the data on the hdd.

It is a Kingston ssd with 120 GB

i can remember once i helped a friend and i had to do something in console or before install idk why and how but thats long time ago :/ let me check internet for sec and i will post here again
EDIT: cant figure it out becasue if you can install win 10 on SSD but doesnt pick it up from boot :/ thats strange :/

roger but like at work at my place we always get hdd and then migrate it to ssd with software from samsung becasue we buy from samsung SSD thats why i have never got into that problem
