The date i was banned: Ban: 26/09/2014
Reason i was banned/kicked: Other

Comment on this matter: Hi,

I got kicked and warned for hopping and spawnkilling. I tried to follow these rules after the kicks. There were a lot of players though, who didn't follow them even though I was trying to report them to you guys.
I got banned now for spawnkilling. I really tried not to spawnkill, but well, I wanted to capture the flag and the enemies were charging at me. I am sorry for that. I would like you to lift the ban and I will be trying to follow your rules better the next time.

Thanks for the link. I've read the rules and have two final questions to fully understand them (and in order to avoid problems in the future):

Spawn killing: When an enemy is spawning and shooting directly at me, am I allowed to shoot back or do I have to wait a decent amount of time for him to be considered out of spawns? Does the spawn killing rule apply to squad leader based spawns aswell?
