I can´t enter to NRNS servers in battlefield 3

A week ago I could play perfectly. Since a few days ago my brother and me can not enter the NRNS servers in battlefield 3. When we try to stay loading without show the map image and launcher console comes out:

try repair the game  . or  readd the zclient and zx32 zx64 . even try a new launcher 


guess maybe the launcher your using is giving the issue

I discovered that when playing from the Wi-Fi connection from another place the server works perfect ... I do not know if it's a problem with the router or the connection. Only on that router I can´t connect to the NRNS servers ... any idea what it is?

If you're unable to connect to the server with any of the other games we host or if you're unable to ping the server you might be IP banned at the box.

I'm not sure if that's still happening but for a while it seemed like some people were being automatically IP banned.
