what you want to achieve, why have you posted this, i do not know what you mean with this post, did you setup your own server, as the ip looks like a localhost ip.

That's the IP to NRNS' US server. I think Oldman meant to post the join/game port for US3, which (I think) is 16567. The BF2 community is trying to find platforms to host/find servers after each platform has been shut down one by one. Maybe gametracker is the latest hope though it looks like "Back 2 BF2" might be a more promising project (basically a hijacked version of Revive possibly with some revive devs on-board).


@Oldman, let me know if you want me to set up a BF2 server on any specific platform. My availability has never been less but I will find time to get a BF2 server set up if you'll manage it.
