Unban Requests from NRNS Servers / Unban Request for Battlefield 2

Good day,
My ingame name: Focusblast
My public ip when i was playing: 39.47.120.72
The game i played: Battlefield 2
The server i played on: BF2:*NRNS*CITY*MAPS RANKED MODDED
The date i was banned: 7-7-2017
Reason i was banned/kicked: Other
Comment on this matter: I just upgraded to Windows 10 and server giving me error for being banned for excessive teamkilling.
