Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare / Getting banned for no reason

I'm looking to get my ban lifted because i did not hack. Apparently i was using a no recoil and aim assist hack. I've been playing on this server for a long time under the name of R.H.Y.N.O or vMercy-Static.
