You guys  are too lucky because  internet in my location is crap

you're not alone mate my ping is worst of all players of NRNS, better buy a new internet then

you should replace your name to QUE_ME_SUICIDE_KING 

 

happened to me once, sudden shut down then turning back on but not showing anything on the monitor, except those LED lights, i replaced the PSU with a new one but nothing happened, my brother said updating the bios may fix the problem, so i did it, aaand works like a charm  Also make sure the PSU still works perfectly, as you said it came from the old PC, be sure its not defective.
