I personally think making this change was a good idea .. I mean .. I've been playing bf2 for years and its one of the best or even coolest change to a spawn I've seen .. to whom have done this .. it wasn't a bad idea ..

Try a complete reinstall. Delete everything you find that has a BF2 on it before reinstalling the game. You don't need to download patches in order to play the game.
After you have completely reinstalled everything related to BF2, go https://battlelog.co/downloads.php#client and click the download link (OS if you have apple). You may have to turn your antivirus off during the installation.
After installation, try open the game and see if it works 
yea this worked just needed a complete re install.. didnt wanna download game again .. Thanks buddy

 I have recently Re-installed BF2 because of OS problems on my PC .. Now since this .. I seem to be having a bit of A problem .. I've done all that is required to start playing this game ... Installed both Patches .. V 1.4 and 1.50 and i've tried placing a few .dll files it asked for and same problem exists .. I get impatient at times so I'm here ... Any help .. I'd be grateful .. Thank You In Advance DOPE
