1- I would say redirect server ( Make it 50 players max, and make the server 46 full bots then people gonna connect cause the server is full but they dont know its bot , and it will auto redirect the people to EU1 and that will make the server full).
2- Promod mp_nuketown_Snipers only! And the side gun gonna be a sniper without scop on it
