i followed the steps but the plusmaster not starting 
if your game doesn't wan to start install both versions of VC++ 32 and 64 bit then delete cache.xml and start LauncPlusm3.exe as admin

for those who can't fix it, install the 64bit Microsoft vcredist package
it doesn't work for me i had to install 32bit package
I think you need both if you use 64bit windows, but on the plusmaster forums they only mentioned the x32 package
yea i was using only 64bit version so i needed to download 32bit but no one of plusmaster admins can't help me with this... they were repeating only one sentense... ¨delete cache.xml and launch LaunchPlusMW3.exe or download all Microsoft Visual packages¨ -__-

i turned mw3 on, updated by itself got in game played for a bit, no problem at all but it was a lil laggy.

when i start the game nothing happens.... so many peoples have this issue but plusmaster admins saying ¨new update works fine¨ but i dont think so
