I have been going back and forth with this since the day I announced I'll be making this sniper montage. Several times i made some insane shots and then after i exit the game, guess what, I forgot to press the recording button. But all in all, I finally gathered some cool footage. Please do not bring up the painted dot comments, I already said I do use that. Have fun watching it :D

Try using bandicam. Set the video quality on 80, and fps on 30, also check the box for 720p. I tried recording with dxtory and also some other programs, I had lags. Bandicam is the best for fps I think. Also try reducing ingame resolution and video settings, turn anti-aliasing off, it cuts my fps in half when i set it on 4x. It is used for making game look smoother.

Thanks everyone for kind words, I'm done with sniper kit, I just wanted to make a video before I abandone the sniper kit, it is so hard and boring to go for the flags. Time to get back to teamwork :D

No scoping with sniper at nrns bf2 servers is most easiest and effective way to get kills with that kit and in my opinnion its ruining the game that people play like this in battlefield
because battlefield is meant to be getting flags with teamwork not running around with sniper and play like 13years old in call of duty if you know what i mean
When my team is not doing teamwork and enemies are sniping alot i start doing it also and it is just op how sharp is specially that third sniper of sniper kit and almost everyone are using that sniper
but anyway its nice that u are vidding and posting it here and making forums more active i guess

Don't get me wrong mate because i really like you and i like to play with or against you, but like Maaku said no scoping with sniper on NRNS servers is the easiest way to get on top specially with dot in the middle of the screen. Kills like that are somehow... cheap. Sorry i really enjoyed and admired only that 1 kill on the tank gunner on sharqi that was thick! Hope u make more movies mate :)

Difficult or not I think this video is proof enough that the sniper's base accuracy (I forgot what it's called, but accuracy without using scope) needs to be a lot lower. Should probably be lower than the LMG's. :P

In reality you cannot shoot anyone with no scope sniper rifle, when I play bf2 on single player, I cannot no scope bots even if they were 10 meters close to me, it is impossible. On the city maps server tho, you can no scope from the other side of the map. The bullet will always travel exactly where the center of the screen is.

That's what I mean. It seems that at some point the no-scope accuracy was improved and it should be reset. This may help with the recent trend of complaints about snipers.

That is true, I cannot handle the criticism if I believe I made something right. I mean I have put about 30 hours in recording to get that footage and then you come saying it was all cheap, it was like a hard kick in the groin for me. But anyways, I need to learn to take the hate as something to push me forward to become better and not let the hate eat me alive. You just took the stone out of my chest tho, thanks for that kucoman.
Aside from the topic, I have always had small chest muscles, flat chest is a correct term, and everyone who was lifting always tend to criticize my chest. All those critiques have built up in me, I decided to grow my chest no matter what, with horrible genetics for that, I had a outstanding genetics for back always, but my chest looked like I was 5 years old. So I spent one year training chest two times a week, eating like a horse, doing whatever it takes to achieve my goal. And right now it looks good, although I still got work to do, so I can talk trash to someone else.
Just a quick story about my bad critique handling experience.

I have to say that to you chest. Today, when we was gaming, and someone enemy was bashed you all the time hacker and cheater etc etc, it was little annoying, was it :/ But don't worry, don't care about those.....
because: That moment when the enemy team starts calling you a hacker and cheater coz you're too good. 8) :P

that sniper is op and many other people get same clips in almost every game (it is earier to get no scopes with that sniper than with shotgun in game at the moment) and battlefield is not game to do that kind of playing and we are trying to get people to do teamwork and play BATTLEFIELD not running around with snipers like kids in call of duty and make everyone mad who try to play

im not agreed with you mate, doesnt exists anything like "the right way to play"... We enforce teamwork but we are not here to force anybody to play on any particular way. The game is about have fun, choose what is cool and what is not for eachone is not your business or mine (personally I love to snipe and I love to noscope... whats wrong?). By the way, people sharing videos on our forum and spreading them on internet is a great way to get people and promote our servers ... same than talk to others when you are on ts3 instead switch off the micro or stay on away room ;).

Sniping was big part of BF2 in or outside of NRNS since the beginning mate, sniping videos were just cooler than most other videos

Looks like you have not realized that sniper rifle settings are exactly the same (now less powerful on long distance) than always and it has been like this last 8/9 years. Those good players you mentioned have took their own choices and normally those who leave use to complain a lot and use to not help anyway to fix that they call "problem", I have met many of them and for sure I will met many more.
As far i can observe, we fill the server everyday and we are recovering population day by day after been Ddosed. We provide players a well managed modded server, some like it some dont ... What you cant expect is your personal desires limiting all our playerbase game experience, people not able to deal with this fact ( also 99% times is unable to talk about solutions and only interested on make dramas and complain) ends leaving and probably is better like this,because what is really bad for game is someone who basicly cry and rant cause he is being killed more than he likes to . May sounds hard but new members will come to replace them and willing to have fun.
there is no anything cool at running around and no scope people its just ruins the game
all those updates etc are to make people to stop playing like that and start playing battlefield
May ruins your game and I repeat you again, you are not who decide what is right or wrong... As far as I know he is not breaking any rule, even if it would be the case we have admins to deal with it...

Its easier to kill 5 in a row with l8? Yes.

Not true.
Xenalite modded the clays so snipers can only deploy one now.
The problem people have is the no-scope accuracy, which is the same as using the scope.
I once complained about snipers one-shoting. Modders explained and snipers remained that way.
What did I do? I countered the situation.
Move and run like a retarded monkey, that way snipers won't kill you that easily, with or without the scope ;)
People like to complain and call every good player a hacker and stuff, but before that, they SHOULD use their brain while playing.

i'm afraid this is a situation where both of them are right. Both have good reasons and arguments.

I know that snipers used to be same back in the days but i remember that nrns servers didnt have that third sniper in sniper kit what is the actual problem and i didnt say
that you cant use snipers or anything like that its just problem that 70% of players use that op sniper and play like i already said BUT I DIDNT SAY THAT HE IS BREAKING RULES

Do you think there is a problem with snipers¿? ---> go to section NRNS members only and post your thoughts ON YOUR OWN POST instead using the post of a public player who nicely share his gameplay with us, that is a toxic attitude.

I'm only standing about 3-5 meters from that wall and I cannot hit the squared bullethole.
Did you find the spread to be this extreme? No-scope shots from across the map with this kind of spread should be uncommonly rare. Or am I doing it wrong? :P

you will kill someone on the other side of the map if you aim right, the real bullet will go meters away from the target, but for some reason, you will get a result like using a scope actually. I do not know what is going on there, but that is how it works. Like the real bullet path does not work on this server when no scope

[NRNS]ArmedGuy gave some clarification about why the bullet doesn't go where it appears. I did some testing based on that clarification and have come to the following conclusion:
The server and client each have their own settings for weapon accuracy. When you play singleplayer you use the client settings. When you play multiplayer both settings are used... kinda. The server uses the server accuracy settings to determine hits and damage and the client uses ... something else (it doesn't appear to use the client settings because changing those doesn't affect anything) to determine where to show the bullet decal/dust/ricochet/etc. But that's why we see the bullet going wide yet still get the kill.
I've proposed a fix for the 100% accurate no-scope rifle but it's up to the dev team to determine if it's something they want to do, if it's even a fix at all, or if it'll cause more problems than it solves. As far as getting the client-side bullet and server side bullet to have the same deviation: I'm not sure what determines where the visible client-side bullet is shown but I intend to find out. ;)

I have been going back and forth with this since the day I announced I'll be making this sniper montage. Several times i made some insane shots and then after i exit the game, guess what, I forgot to press the recording button. But all in all, I finally gathered some cool footage. damn i miss these things because of high ping (>200) .. bcoz i have to shoot 1-2 meter beyond the player to kill him which makes him kill only 1 out of 5 times..

Thanks man, honestly I don't really like this clip too much, now watching it again after some time, I have put too many kills in there, it would have been better if it was like 1:30 long and more hardcore, also too much no scoping...
I will drop a new video like v2 of this same title on my birthday in two days, this one is going to be short but much more enjoyable to watch i'm pretty sure.
