Title: Need help about Rust

I am getting error whenever i try to connect to the server

Any help would be appreciated

Edit: Tried to give Rust client high priorities via Manager , instaled Direct X :P

Have you tried using a different user account to connect? With old rust I couldn't connect with my main user (rust would crash to desktop). Maybe now it gives an error instead of crashing.

new account , are u talking about steam account or something else

Assuming you're using the non-steam version: I mean go to control panel->users->new user. Login as new user and try to run rust. You can also launch rust from your main account with 'run as user' (shift + right click on rust I think).

If you're using the steam version, I have no clue. :\ Thought this error was from LumaEmu failing to generate a steam ticket.

Now I'm getting that error message too instead of crashing. Progress at least. xD

This is probably a client-side bug. Supposedly it happens when connecting to any cracked server.

All these topics about this same error are getting really confusing. :|

Has anyone using the Luma version been able to connect for the past few days? Maybe one of those plugins doesn't like us. :P

I was able to play with the LumaEmu Version but couldn't check after the latest update Tony made. I will post if I can still join when I'm back home on saturday.

I had the error too after the latest update.

But I managed to get the game running again by copying the files from the Luma.rar which is in the file browser of the Rust channel on Teamspeak into the game direction and changing line 71 of LumaEmu.ini to

GameExe = RustClient.exe
and starting the game by running LumaGameLauncher_x64.exe.
