Title: How do you get those cool pictures ?

Hey guy's how do you get those cool profile pictures  when you guys type a messge at the bottom it  has   a picture like Mystery you have   a man or some kinda sword fighter  with a sword in his hand  thats pretty neat 
how do you guys do that ?

O i have the small pic but not the bigger 1 :(
well its allright least i got the small 1 showing instead of it being bank
