Title: how can join nrns cod4 servers ?

Hi.i already get the full game from one of my friend.now i want know after install cod4 what i need to do for play in nrns servers? for example like download luncher or somethings like that.i searched forum for guide about this but i didnot find anything.

i download it,but cannot open it.i guss need other parts of it.becasue file name is :
Call_of_Duty_4_Modern_Warfare_-_All_Patches_-_RAR5.rar
