Connecting Trouble

Hello i got some troubles connecting to servers can someone help me? Here is an image to know what i mean
. I have installed all corectly but this problem persist.

add the same email and password as zlo and it should work

was same :) but now Zlogames has make a new update and now it's work. Thank you SATAN for help. and sry for bad english.
