I get nearly the same issue, but it only happens when I have more than one of the stats pages opened. If I'm checking just one server it is all fine.

Doesn't matter now, I fixed it

Had the top logo of the old site blocked via AdBlock and for some reason it blocks the navigation bar here. I deleted the filter, now everything is fine

I have a little problem: when I visit the site via mobile phone there is a navigation bar on the top. But when I'm at my computer this bar disappears miliseconds after loading the page or doesn't even show up.
Is anybody here with the same problem?
