Are we recriuting players cuz they are good?

Many players type in there application format that they are good players I think NRNS is not recruiting players cause of that or NRNS recruit cause of that reason?
I noticed that and for me that is not valid response on question "Why are you good candidate for NRNS member?"

been good at a game is not the reason why we recruit other wise i wouldnt be here.
