People won't come if they don't see members.  Every one that said yeah they have the game where are you?  Wanting a server is great, spending the time to make it a success requires dedication from the members.  The servers just don't populate themselves so show the clan we care and how its done.

so find out who is on and help populate it.  to pop a server means playing for fun not owning the few publics who come on.  be friendly and chat them up and invite them to TS etc.  In a very short time will have a full server and more people to talk with
