Same here, Every time i log into game i enter with a different rank. Most of the time its a private.
As u can see on this picture of our current stats page, Most players show twice.  :-[
I don't think the stats are saving accurately.

3rd weapon upgrade are very weak. 1st weapon shoots more acurate and less shots.
