Title: TS3 pub channel

As most of you will of noticed i removed the pub channel.

This was the only place swearing was allowed till now.

swearing is now ok in any channel as long as its done respectfully and isnt directed at anyone.

any questions on this pm me. Il answer even the silly questions i know are coming just dont be surprised a silly question gets a silly answer :)
