NAME VIOLATION

this player i saw him all times take tags; there are not admins now in the server or in TS  In order to deal with him : crybaby(hun)

If he is a reactive player try explaining it to him, sometimes people just don't know and want to show appreciation, if not, just ban the guy

He plays a lot from what I've seen, but he's unaware that he must apply and be on TS to be an NRNS member if I'm correct. I spoke to him about it on one occasion. However he left mid conversation when I asked him why he's whereing our tags without having applied or even been on TS/Vent.
