Welcome Pedro!

Do you have a small application called "FIWI" installed?, it creates a second instance of Finder to use for file managing, try to relog from Mac menu.

If not, its most like a corrupted LaunchServices database. Launch the Terminal app in /Utilities, copy & paste in this one-liner, hit the return key, quit the Terminal app, and restart:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchSe rvices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user

Ensure that there's no spaces in the LaunchServices entry.

Got it, but feel better online with NRNS cookies on BF3. Let me know when you gonna play, would be nice a BF4 server... ^.^

Yep, Right-click on the app’s executable and select Properties, then click on the Compatibility tab. You’ll find a number of options that may enable older software to run on modern versions of Windows. The feature we’re interested in, however, is Run this program as an administrator. This has the same result as option found in the right-click menu, but it makes the setting permanent, so that the app will always run in administrator mode regardless of how it’s launched.

Every end is just a new beginning. Keep your spirits and determination unshaken and you shall always walk the glory road. With courage, faith and efforts you shall conquer everything you desire. Don’t forget the past, learn from it.

I wish you a very happy New Year 2015!.

Definetly you don't understand my poor english or my argument, and what im saying, be the way we are going offtopic.

I mean "Sir Google", not about you, read.

Im not debating Amd vs Intel, i am comenting about which is the best chance having a Intel Processor on your hands and low economy.

The OC i was talking about its NOT via Software, read.

Anyone with more than 8 years old have been working with computers for 6 years.

Without taking this too serious, you need to learn a bit more about computing. But experience is earned with fails so...

Good "Gaming" mobo got:

Better quality components, particularly with controllers and power management.

More future expansion options, particularly with SLI/X-Fire, or special purpose cards (high-end audio or video capture).

More SATA and USB ports. You can never have too many of these.

More features for high-end users, such as dual LAN ports.

More overclocking headroom.

More stability and quality on components.

Its not just the "Sup3r Pr0 N4m3 GT 3000 Turb0" and beautiful shiny colors...

Of course the i3 can be overclocked, there is few ways, obviously not for anyone. I am kind of tired of the people saying that it is impossible to overclock a CPU without an unlock multiplier. Get a good mobo like i said before, then you gonna have the posibility to manage the Baseclock or Host Clock Frequency Override, if you get BSoD just up the voltage. Not everything its on sir google.

And the difference from one to another, its some coins. Believe me.

Hey, im here to give my experience to someone who needed, dont be alarmed. I dont know how much he can spend, so i give a setup of what he can get holding the same processor but  upgrading the mobo and other components. Thinking for the future. Why "Gamer", because have better quality mosfets, better quality capacitators, better quality transistors. Why "Gamer", because he is going to play with. For the computers, gaming means high work above the sun and need better components, of course If you dont want to waste money every 2 years. And please, if you dont have the knowledge to OC an i3, read some books, pdf or datagrams, dosn't mean CAN'T be overclocked. He can't afford that mobo?, we can afford always an AMD! ^.^

For example:

980DE3/U3S3
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/980de3u3s3

AMD FX Series FX-4300 3.8Ghz 4X
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-4300.html

Or maybe...

AMD FX Series FX-6300 3.5Ghz 6X
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-6300.html

Cpu totally supported with the two CPU.

Be constructive, with information.

In my opinion, spend 90€ for a gaming mobo its right, why?, because the way to have a good pc its to have it useful for a looong time, with the GA-Z97-HD3, first he can use the i3 processor, he can overclock the I3 4160 to 4.0Ghz easily without temp problems and stable, he can improve at any time to i5 and i7, and alot more. If he is planning to dont spend much for the moment, stay in Socket 1150 is the best chance. Be the way, AMD FX Series FX-6300 needs a mobo AMD3+. My opinions are based on actual games and the future. Lets wait an answer.

EDIT: He is asking for a mobo option, not processor, (Maybe he want to improve the mobo for any time he can invest in a better Intel processor.)

Hi Krrish, here is my opinion, if you are going to use Socket 1150, depends on how much you want to spend, and for what use.

A nice mobo with intermediate economy, in my opinion would be the GA-Z97-HD3.
http://es.gigabyte.com/products/page/mb/ga-z97-hd3rev_10/overview/

Totally compatible with your actual CPU with posibilities to go i7.
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-Gigabyte/GA-Z97-HD3(rev._1.0).html

In some cases, there are mobos with dual memory, you can use DDR2 and DDR3 at the same time, but this is not the case. I recomend you the G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL7. You can overclock it to 1866/2133 really easily with UEFI Bios.

And if you want some nice improvement with the SO, try the SSD disk system. For example the Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB. Reaaally fast, huge performance.

All this on Spain you can get it for 200€, and you can make a PC for another 10 years. Hope this can help you.
