Title: Are there any ways to chage my MC name?

Hey guys. Long time ago I payed for a MC premium account. But this was before I joined NRNS. So my name isn't klopps there. I think it isn't possible to change the name of the account but do you maybe know any other ways to solve this problem? so anything like changing the in game name?
would be great...

hey klopps i think there is no way for now but i was reading on this site https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/928638-minecraft-usernames and it says that after mc version 1.8 you will be able to change usernames :)

Hi,

Maybe it's a bit to late, but I think I have a solution that can be helpful to other people.

You can change your display name by editing the launcher_profiles.json.

First of all, get access to the .minecraft folder (Windows + R, %appdata%\.minecraft).
Open the file launcher_profiles.json with notepad.exe.
Ctrl+f, type displayName and change your name after the dots ":".

That's it ! You will be able to change your ingame name by this way !
