COD4 ends in Feb?

I played on another server today. It was written that all the servers will be closed 2th of feb

Is this a serious source ?

But they were saying "THX ACTIVISION" so i asked myself "Why theirs servers would be closed and not ours ?" According to the fact the shut down comes from "developper"
