Microsoft did an update a few days ago that broke some NIC cards, I was able to fix a few just by going to device manager, deleting the Ethernet adapter and let windows detect it again.Also make sure in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections that your ethernet card is not disabled.

It worked for few minutes but then lmao again it stopped I took it to the nearest shop and they said its probably burned by the amount of current passed through the circuit! ( freakin lightning I hate you ) .If anyone saw a pci network adaptor on Amazon etc please let me know I can't find it anywhere
