BF2 Rules question. "seat switching"

we had some confusion in game yesterday, 3/1/2018.

one  member says "seat switching is ok", and  someone else says it's not.

I reread the rules and don't understand this one; NO SEAT SWITCHING (in cm#1 only).

cm#1? what is that?

I've been playing here for awhile and always thought "seat switching" has a;ways been against the rules.

have  even had auto admin site me for it.

was there a change in rules?

If its in the rules then there is  No seat switching allowed   dont  listen to others  So I would  stick to the rules unless it's changed and people are told

I confirm.
One of the NRNS clan members brake the rules, with seat switching.

I believe cm#1 means city maps server #1. If so the rule reads: Seat switching is not allowed in the City Maps server. The Air Aces and US server do not have a seat switching rule applied.
